Marriage coaching is solution-oriented. The couple may not know how to solve their problems, and that's why the marriage coach is there to help with answers, which is an invaluable skill. Each marriage is unique and has different strengths and weaknesses. I recognize that partners need unique things from their each other.  With over twenty five years of marriage coaching, I can help the couple figure out what the best way to communicate with one another is, how to stay present at the moment and how to enrich the love they deserve.

Our most commonly booked package!   This is for you if... "I’m ready to transform and refresh a few areas in my life!”   ​  Our most popular package! This is for the woman who wants to see change in 3 or more areas of her life. You are seeking a lifestyle change and want to see new habits take root. You’re looking for results and massive impact. Sessions are self directed- you select what topic you’d like to focus on in each session. And, with two coaching sessions each month, you’ll have breathing room in between to practice what you’re learning. You’ll gain clarity, make significant progress, and build momentum on what matters most.   

12 coaching sessions (60 minutes each)

You’ll feel more equipped and empowered than ever before.  This package includes a focused 3 months together tackling 1 main topic each session. Sessions are self directed- you select what topic you’d like to focus on in each session. You’ll feel incredible clarity and make big progress that will surprise you in the best way.

Given the rapid pace of change in our world today, individuals can easily become overwhelmed by endless lists of competing priorities. Stress and Anxiety Coaching helps clients to evaluate their lives across several domains (i.e., work, home, emotional, and physical well-being) and to develop positive coping strategies. Stress Management Coaching can be tailored to each client’s individual needs and can be delivered in-person or remotely to aid clients in achieving better overall well-being.

This is for you if... "I can't find peace in my home. Calgon doesn't take me away anymore." In today's demanding lifestyles it's easy to loose touch with the most important place on earth...your home. We will do a diagnostic of what your home should be and how you can get it there.
